Because our apparel is produced specifically for each order, all apparel sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer preference. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item.
Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or access has been provided.
If you do not receive your digital product or are unable to access it, please contact us so we can assist you.
